Happy 2009!

This year we are looking forward to another strong year. We hope to welcome any new members who hope to improve their fitness and learn the skills of Kick Boxing in our unique welcoming class atmosphere.

We continue to run classes for all levels in Wellingborough, Kettering and Northampton, including a new class to be held at Club Diana in Wellingborough on Wednesday evenings..
