Every circuit class we teach is different from session to session. We use a mixture of HIIT, strength & cardio, kettlebell fitness, plus much, much more. We strive on our gym being different!

Each class that is led by one of our fully qualified instructors who fully support each and everyone of the members throughout the sessions giving full on support, even taking part themselves!
